I would describe my dish as:
A vibrant seafood noodle dish featuring glass noodles tossed in JUMBO Seafood Singapore Chilli Crab Paste, fresh tomatoes, fish sauce and lime. The combination creates a sweet, tangy and savoury sauce that perfectly complements the succulent crab meat and prawns, resulting in a lighter and more refreshing take on Singapore's iconic chilli crab.

Inspired by the bold flavours of Thai seafood dishes and Singapore's iconic chilli crab, I wanted to create a lighter and more refreshing meal that could be enjoyed any day of the week. By combining JUMBO Seafood Singapore Chilli Crab Paste with glass noodles, crab meat, prawns, tomatoes, fish sauce and lime, the dish achieves a perfect balance of sweetness, tanginess and savoury seafood flavours. The glass noodles soak up the delicious sauce, making every bite comforting yet refreshing while celebrating the best of Southeast Asian cuisine.

“Singapore Chilli Crab Paste” has been added to your cart.
The ingredients needed are:
1 box JUMBO Seafood Singapore Chilli Crab Paste and its ingredients
150g crab meat
6 prawns, peeled and deveined
150g glass noodles
2 tomatoes, diced
½ onion, sliced
1 red chilli, sliced
1 tsp fish sauce
Juice of ½ lime
1 tbsp cooking oil
Water as required
Here's how to cook it:
Soak the glass noodles in water for 10 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until fragrant.
Add the diced tomatoes and cook until softened and slightly saucy.
Stir in the fish sauce and mix well.
Prepare the JUMBO Seafood Singapore Chilli Crab Paste according to the package instructions and add it to the pan.
Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
Stir in the crab meat and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
Add the softened glass noodles and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
Squeeze in the lime juice and mix gently.
Transfer the noodles onto a serving plate, forming a nest shape.
Top with the chilli crab seafood mixture and garnish with sliced red chilli before serving.
